Introduction: SFIT has two help desks including Desk A and Desk B. As the major contact point between SFIT and its clients, Help Desk A is mainly responsible for dealing with the clients’ service requests, the failures, technical consultations and product demands in CTP software services, releasing to the clients the notices, documents and technical data published by SFIT, as well as sending reports and relevant data to external institutions. Help Desk B is mainly responsible for services for clients leasing server rooms and cabinets, dealing with service requests related to basic environments of server rooms and cabinets, as well as failures, technical and business consultations related to basic structures and environments.
